IFC Relay is one fully-inclusive plan billed as a flat monthly access fee. Every feature is included — there are no premium tiers and no add-on charges. Up to 20 user credentials are included in the fee, and you can add more users any time for $20.00 per user per month.
No. Everything IFC Relay offers — all 20 forms, white-label branding, unlimited projects, document and photo storage, one-click export and the mobile app — is included in your monthly fee. If it’s in the product, it’s in your plan.
Your monthly access fee includes up to 20 user credentials. When your team grows beyond that, additional users are just $20.00 per user per month.
No. Unlike some competitors, IFC Relay does not send reminder-email nagging. We stay out of your inbox so your crew can focus on the work instead of clearing notifications.
When a job is finished, you can wrap it up in a single click — mark the project complete and package its full record (documents, form PDFs and photos) for your files in one step, with no manual clean-up.
Yes. IFC Relay ships with 20 built-in field forms designed to support Certificate of Recognition (COR) requirements — including Field-Level Hazard Assessments, toolbox talks, safety inspections, incident and near-miss reports, permits and corrective-action records. Each completed form is auto-filed as a clean PDF.
Yes. Your team signs in with the same IFC Relay credentials on both the web portal and the mobile app, and the data stays in sync automatically — photos and forms captured on-site appear instantly in the office.
Yes. Each company uploads its own logo and chooses its colors, and gets a dedicated branded space (for example, ifcrelay.com/yourcompany). That same branding carries into the mobile app after sign-in.
Yes. IFC Relay is multi-tenant with complete data isolation — each company’s projects, documents, photos and forms are only ever visible to that company’s team.
Yes. One click packages every document, form PDF and photo for a project into a single ZIP file — ideal for handover, audits or your own records.
