How does pricing work?+
IFC Relay is one fully-inclusive plan billed as a flat monthly access fee. Every feature is included — there are no premium tiers and no add-on charges. Up to 20 user credentials are included in the fee, and you can add more users any time for $20.00 per user per month.
Are there any premium features I have to pay extra for?+
No. Everything IFC Relay offers — all 22 standard forms plus province-specific extras (Notice of Project Checklist for British Columbia; Field Level Hazard Assessment for Alberta — 23 forms in total for companies in either province), white-label branding, unlimited projects, document and photo storage, one-click export and the mobile app — is included in your monthly fee. If it’s in the product, it’s in your plan.
How many users are included?+
Your monthly access fee includes up to 20 user credentials. When your team grows beyond that, additional users are just $20.00 per user per month.
Will I get reminder emails or notifications spamming my team?+
No. Unlike some competitors, IFC Relay does not send reminder-email nagging. We stay out of your inbox so your crew can focus on the work instead of clearing notifications.
What does “one-click project close-out” mean?+
When a job is finished, you can wrap it up in a single click — mark the project complete and package its full record (documents, form PDFs and photos) for your files in one step, with no manual clean-up.
Do the web portal and mobile app use the same login?+
Yes. Your team signs in with the same IFC Relay credentials on both the web portal and the mobile app, and the data stays in sync automatically — photos and forms captured on-site appear instantly in the office.
Can I brand IFC Relay with my own company’s look?+
Yes. Each company uploads its own logo and chooses its colors, and gets a dedicated branded space (for example, ifcrelay.com/yourcompany). That same branding carries into the mobile app after sign-in.
Is my company’s data kept separate from other companies?+
Yes. IFC Relay is multi-tenant with complete data isolation — each company’s projects, documents, photos and forms are only ever visible to that company’s team.
Can I export everything for a project?+
Yes. One click packages every document, form PDF and photo for a project into a single ZIP file — ideal for handover, audits or your own records.
